Andy Szpekman is president of AHS Communications, LLC, which helps clients improve business performance through employee research; communication strategy and messaging; and corporate, employee and executive communications. His clients include Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, News Corporation, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, TIAA and USAA, among many others. He also is affiliated with Strait Insights, LLC, a full-service communications consulting firm, and Ketchum, a global communications consultancy serving clients in over 70 countries.
Earlier in his career, Andy held senior-level communications positions at The Hartford, Bank of America and Warner-Lambert (which was later acquired by Pfizer). He started his career at Brecker & Merryman, Inc., an HR and communications consulting firm based in New York.
Andy has served on the board of directors of the Communication Leadership Exchange and the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology, and his work has been featured in national news publications and leading trade journals. He holds a B.A. in psychology from William Paterson University, an M.A. in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a graduate certificate in survey research from the University of Connecticut.
