Andy Szpekman is president of AHS Communications, LLC, which helps clients improve business performance through employee research and effective communication. His clients include Alpharma, Bank of America, Cardinal Health, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, News Corporation, Russell Investments, Scholastic, The Hartford, TIAA and Wachovia, among others.
Earlier in his career, Andy held senior-level communications positions at The Hartford, Bank of America and Warner-Lambert. He started his career as an HR and communications consultant at Brecker & Merryman, Inc.
Andy has served on the board of directors of the Communication Leadership Exchange and the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology, and his work has been featured in national news publications and leading trade journals. He holds a B.A. in psychology from William Paterson University, an M.A. in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a graduate certificate in survey research from the University of Connecticut.
